Cake-Crafting Companions

Happy birthday, !

Seen as she likes Toothpick and Dr Nefarious, who are also two of my favourite video game villains, I drew them trying to make a birthday cake for her... but it seems that they're having some difficulty....
I may have got the size differences a bit mixed up, but Toothpick is standing up on a little stepladder there to put up a poster he drew of himself on the cake.

I thought it would be funny if Dr Nefarious tried to get the sprinkles for the cake from his butler Lawrence, who is on the other side of the walkie-talkie.
