DS-Demise Chap1.12 Arrivals

Part 12 of Chapter 1 of Dead Space Demise, with another cameo from Dead Space character, Kalina Anderson. Thanks to for this RP and for helping my creative flow to start flowing again, as I was actually having a bit of artist's block before I drew this page.

This is my representation of how a Zero G Basketball game would have taken place aboard the Ishimura while it was in it's glory days.

So, the rest of the main characters meet Kalina, and we learn some of her past. She's been on the Ishimura for three to four years with her father, and they moved onboard after Kalina's mother died... But, she has been coping well with living aboard the Ishimura.

And here, Duncan and Leopold are escorting Tobias to watch the game.. So they're babysitting someone else now... They always get stuck with the trivial jobs...

We discover that Tobias suffers from common migraines.. which are worse than those that most people get.... But of a coincidence, seen as he's been working on the Aegis VII Colony since day 1, or.. something else?

But, Peter and Sheila have offered to create a cybernetic device to help him with his headaches...

We also learn some more about Duncan's past... he used to serve on the Mars colony, and he actually enjoyed settling the Mars riots, because he found the work interesting.... and he was also a member of the Zero-G Basketball team. But he finds his current work boring, and has even tried to join the Ishimura's Zero-G Basketball team, but Captain Matthius, and two other real characters from Dead Space Downfall, First Officer D. White (it's never revealed what his first name is ) and Security Chief Alissa Vincent end up preventing him from fulfilling his dreams.

Kalina is holding a pager device. I thought it could be a reason why she had to leave early.

So, Peter and his friends have made two new good friends, Tobias and Kalina, and they will continue to make new ones during their time on the Ishimura... One of the happier memories that Peter will cherish after this story is over.
