Well, here’s the Disney sequel that I’ve been dreading since I began my Disney sequel reviews…. Not JUST because it’s so bad it can be classified as a torture device, but because it’s a sequel to one of my absolute FAVOURITE Disney films….. Yep, this is one that a LOT of people have been warning be about….. but if I could survive BELLE’S MAGICAL WORLD, I think I can survive THIS horrid film….. So, here we go…. Hunchback of Notre Dame 2…
 
The Hunchback of Notre Dame is no doubt, one of the darkest and possibly BRAVEST of the Disney films. It tackled some PRETTY mature themes – including religious prejudice, genocide and even dark lust…. Yeah, not something you’d usually expect from a Disney film, is it? Even though, as a child, I STILL really enjoyed this film, and when I grew up and realised the 

Here's my title card for my review of my second least favourite of the Disney sequels (Belle's Magical World is first and Little Mermaid 2 is my third least favourite) - the film where they decide to pointlessly give Quasimodo a horribly bland love interest because of stupid ungrateful fan demands... Hunchback of Notre Dame 2.

I miss the Festival of Fools... and when the Hunchback of Notre Dame franchise was written competently.

For this title card, Quasimodo, myself in gargoyle form and I and are grimacing at the events in this film - a stupid bell that rings but by all means shouldn't and for some reason the characters fight over, Sarousche being a stupid vain villain who makes kissy faces at himself in the mirror , Phoebus being flanderized into a racist idiot, Madeline being a horribly bland and annoying generic love interest, and ZEPHYR. Oh, GOD, ZEPHYR MUST DIE by the hands of the Warriors of Hope from Danganronpa Another Episode. But instead, I've got him being carried away by the Bat Gremlin from Gremlins 2.
